Car accident 01

MOUNDSVILLE — A married couple's lawsuit against Kevin L. Strope and Erie Insurance Property & Casualty Company alleges insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.

Manuela M. Ross and David A. Ross filed a complaint on July 5 in Marshall Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to exercise due care under the circumstances.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Sept. 15, 2014, Manuela M. Ross and David A. Ross suffered property damage, serious personal injuries, physical pain, emotional distress, lost wages, compensable damages and medical expenses due to a vehicle collision. The plaintiffs holds Strope and Erie Insurance Property & Casualty Company responsible because Strope allegedly negligently drove a vehicle into their 2013 Dodge Journey in Marshall County.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek compensation for all damages, attorney fees, litigation costs, pre-judgment and post-judgment interest and any other relief that is available under the law. They are represented by Ronald Wm Kasserman of Kasserman Law Offices PLLC in Wheeling.
