CHARLESTON — A Kanawha County man issuing an ambulance provider, alleging the defendant's negligence led to the death of the plaintiff's mother.

Kenneth Walker, as administrator of the estate of Victoria Walker filed a complaint on Sept. 12, in the Kanawha Circuit Court against Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority, alleging failure to provide safe emergency care and service.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 12, Victoria Walker was transported to her home in Belle by the defendant's ambulance. As ambulance personnel were carrying Walker to her front door, the suit says, they dropped her, causing severe injuries, including a compound fracture of Walker's leg.
