Michigan food service company alleges Hancock County caterer owes more than $5,000

NEW CUMBERLAND — A Michigan food service company is suing a Hancock County catering business, alleging failure to pay more than $5,000.

Gordon Food Service Inc. filed a lawsuit Sept. 2, in the Hancock Circuit Court against MJB & Catering LLC and William Luzer, alleging failure to to comply with its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Gordon Food Service sold and delivered goods and services to defendant in the amount of $5,737.79, for which MJB & Catering has not paid. 

Gordon Food Service seeks trial by jury, judgment of $5,737.79, plus interest, attorney fees of $1,147.56, costs of court, and all other relief to which it is entitled. It is represented by attorney Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
