NEW CUMBERLAND — A Morgantown branch of a Huntington bank is suing a trucking business and two guarantors, alleging they owe nearly $86,000.

The Huntington National Bank filed a lawsuit Nov. 18 in Hancock Circuit Court against G.E.T. Trucking Inc., Glen E. Thompson and Dreama M. Thompson, alleging failure to to comply with contractual obligations.

Huntington National Bank seeks trial by jury, judgment against the defendants, jointly and severally, for $85,909.96, pre- and post judgment interest, attorney fees and costs of court, plus all other applicable relief. It is represented by attorneys Michalel R. Proctor and Paige K. Vagnetti of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Morgantown.
