CLAY — A Pennsylvania company is suing Accad Corporation for alleged breach of contract.
Cecil I. Walker Machinery Co. filed a complaint May 30 in Clay Circuit Court alleging that the defendant failed to pay for goods the plaintiff sold it.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from not being paid. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay the plaintiff for goods it allegedly agreed to purchase.
The plaintiff seeks the amount of $13,481.24, interest of 7 percent, all legal fees and any other relief this court deems just. They are represented by Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in West Chester, Pa.
