WHEELING — A West Virginia man and two companies are suing Erie Insurance Property & Casualty Company a/k/a Erie Insurance, citing alleged breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they suffered damages from having their insurance claims denied. The plaintiffs hold responsible for allegedly refusing their claims.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek consequential damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief the court deems just. They are represented by David A. Jividen of Jividen Law Offices PLLC in Wheeling.
