Woman alleges FCA US wouldn't honor vehicle warranty

RALEIGH — A Cool Ridge woman is suing a West Virginia corporation, citing alleged breach of warranty.

Katrina Freeman filed a complaint June 26 in the Raleigh Circuit Court against FCA US LLC, alleging the West Virginia corporation failed to fix the defects found on the plaintiff's automobile.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she suffered damages from purchasing a defective Jeep Wrangler. The plaintiff holds FCA US responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to honor the warranty of the vehicle the plaintiff purchased.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks revocation of acceptance and refund of the purchase price, damages all legal fees, and any other relief as this court deems just. She is represented by Anthony M. Salvatore of Hewitt & Salvatore PLLC in Fayetteville.
