CHARLESTON – A Huntington company is accused of failing to pay for building materials.
Charleston Acoustics Inc. filed a complaint July 21 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Dallas S. Wilson and Dallas S. Wilson Construction Co. LLC alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that from September to November 2016, the defendants purchased building materials from it and have not paid. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $7,520.33 plus interest of $359.96.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $7,871.29. It is represented by Charles E. Hurt of Charles E. Hurt in Charleston.
