CHARLESTON – A Kanawha Circuit Court judge has entered a final judgment in a lawsuit against Charleston-Kanawha Housing Authority after a two-day trial. Circuit Judge James C. Stucky entered the final judgment after a trial occurred on Feb. 22 and 23.
CHARLESTON – Two lawsuits have been filed against the Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority after the homeowners’ properties were damaged due to blasting efforts. Dyno Nobel Inc. and Central Contracting Inc. were also named as defendants in the suits. CHARLESTON – A South Charleston woman blames the Charleston Town Center for injuries she received while shopping at the mall. Charlene Adams filed her lawsuit last month in Kanawha Circuit Court against Charleston Town Center SPE LLC, doing business as Charleston Town Center.
