WHEELING — A graduate of Bethany College is suing the institution after he claims he made a complaint to several college officials about racism and discrimination and nothing was done about the situations.
“The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals experienced a tumultuous year with justices being charged with unnecessary and lavish spending of taxpayer dollars, followed by the Legislature calling for impeachment of all five justices,”said ATRA President Tiger Joyce.

CHARLESTON — A Sandyville husband and wife are suing dozens of asbestos distributors/suppliers/manufacturers/installers, premises owners and employers, alleging negligence, contaminated buildings, breach of express/implied warranty, strict liability, tort, conspiracy, misrepresentations by specific defendants and a post-sale duty to warn.
