FAYETTEVILLE -- A woman is suing after sustaining injury outside a Dollar General store.
Maxine Irene Forren filed a lawsuit Dec. 19, in the Fayette Circuit Court against Dollar General Corporation, Dolgencorp LLC, Cocca Development Ltd. and Cocca Management Inc., citing negligence and premises liability.
According to the complaint, on Jan. 10, 2012, Forren fell on a slippery area of the sidewalk in front of the entrance to the Dollar General store on Stanaford Road in Danese.
Forren is being represented in the case by attorney Melissa R. Lyons of Farmer, Cline & Campbell PLLC.
