RIPLEY -- A business is suing another after allegedly not receiving payment.
Modern Equipment Co. Inc. filed a lawsuit in Jackson Circuit Court against Fox Engineering PLLC.
The complaint states the plaintiff sold the defendant various pieces of equipment in April. Despite repeated requests, the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff the amount due for the equipment and shipping services, according to the complaint.
The plaintiff is seeking damages totaling $9,454.40, plus interest, fees and costs. Modern Equipment is being represented by attorney J. Nicholas Barth.
