HUNTINGTON -- A woman is suing a driver after she was injured in car crash while a passenger in another car.
Tammy Dixon filed a lawsuit Feb. 19 in Cabell Circuit Court against Sonja Johnson, citing negligence.
The lawsuit states on Feb. 20, 2012, Dixon was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Eighth Avenue and 10th Street. According to the complaint, the defendant was driving her vehicle when she failed to maintain control and crashed into the vehicle which Dixon was riding as a passenger, causing injuries.
Dixon is seeking an undisclosed amount of damages. She is being represented by William H. Harding of Harding Law Offices. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Christopher D. Chiles
