MOUNDSVILLE -- A telephone book and advertising company is suing one of its clients after it didn't receive payment for services.
Ogden Directories Inc. t/a EZToUse.com filed a lawsuit in January in Marshall Circuit Court against Tri-State Water Consultants, citing breach of contract.
The lawsuit states Ogden provided services to the water consulting business in Moundsville, but was never paid the invoice due April 8, 2012.
Ogden is seeking a judgment of $4,957.35, with accruing interest of 7 percent per annum from April 8, 2012, plus attorneys fees amounting to $1,246.19.
It is being represented by John R. Keating. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Mark A. Karl.
