WHEELING -- A bingo player is suing the park commission after falling in one of its buildings.
Catherine Keenan filed a lawsuit March 17 in Ohio Circuit Court against Wheeling Park Commission, citing negligence.
The lawsuit states Keenan was in The White Palace Ballroom playing bingo on March 18, 2012, when she fell on the floor and sustained injuries.
She is seeking damages that exceed minimal jurisdictional limits.
Keenan is being represented by Robinson Law Offices. The case has been assigned to Circuit Court Judge James P. Mazzone.
