HUNTINGTON -- A student filed a lawsuit against a school after he was kicked out.
Shaun Cassio filed a lawsuit Feb. 10 in Cabell Magistrate Court against Mountwest Community and Technical College, citing discrimination.
The lawsuit states the college violated Cassio's student rights and kicked him out of the school due to disability discrimination and arbitrary and capricious activity.
Cassio is seeking $4,913 in damages. He is representing himself.
