RIPLEY -- A Pennsylvania steel company is suing to collect on a past-due account.
R.G. Steel Corp. of Pulaski, Pa., filed a lawsuit March 31 in Jackson Circuit Court against Fox Engineering Inc.
The complaint states Fox Engineering owes the plaintiff $14,866.85 on a past-due account. The plaintiff is seeking payment, according to the complaint.
R.G. Steel Corp. is seeking $14,866.85, plus interest and fees.
It is being represented in the case by James B. Atkins, Paul S. Atkins and Bree Whipp Ogle of Atkins & Ogle Law Offices. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Thomas C. Evans.
Fox Engineering has been sued at least four times since December for not paying bills.
