Oldham claims Bailey became angry with him for refusing to provide her with a controlled substance that violated the law and terminated his employment shortly afterward, according to the complaint.

Oldham is seeking damages for lost wages and benefits, back pay, front pay, damages for indignity, embarrassment, humiliation, annoyance, inconvenience and punitive damages, pre-judgment interest, plus court costs.

He is being represented by Mark A. Atkinson of Atkinson & Polak P.L.L.C. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Louis H. Bloom.
