KINGWOOD – A man claims he is owed more than $20,000 for services and materials delivered.

Charles Clemence, doing business as Electron Maintenance, claims he performed and provided services and labor to defendant Superior Fibers in 2013. According to the complaint filed Sept. 12 in Preston Circuit Court, Clemence sent Superior Fibers multiple invoices for the work he performed, but has not yet received payment for it.

Superior Fibers owes Clemence $24,780.51, according to the suit.

In addition to the money it claims it is owed, Superior Fibers seeks statutory interest, plus costs and other relief the court deems just.

Robert Louis Shuman of Reeder and Shuman will be representing the company.
