HUNTINGTON – A shipping company is suing over claims a pharmaceutical company has failed to pay for shipping services.
Fedex TechConnect Inc. filed a lawsuit Oct. 9 in Cabell Circuit Court against Global Pharmaceutical Solutions Inc., citing breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided the defendant with shipping services that the defendant has failed to pay for. Fedex TechConnect says Global Pharmaceutical Solutions owes more than $21,000, plus interest from July 18. The defendant is accused of breach of contract or, in the alternative, unjust enrichment.
Fedex seeks the amount owed plus interest and costs of court.
It is represented by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating & Lessa in Bethlehem, Pa. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Christopher D. Chiles.
