PERSONNEL FILE: New equity shareholders for Bailey & Wyant

CHARLESTON – As of Jan. 1, John P. Fuller, Jason S. Hammond, and Brian D. Morrison have joined Charles R. Bailey and Marc J. Slotnick as equity shareholders of Bailey & Slotnick PLLC, a member of Bailey & Wyant PLLC.

Fuller obtained his law degree from the Claude W. Pettitt College of Law, Ohio Northern University located in Ada, Ohio in 2002. He received his undergraduate degree from the Lewis College of Business, Marshall University.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of Civil Rights defense, Governmental Liability, Insurance Coverage and General Civil defense.

Hammond obtained his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1999 and received his Bachelor’s degree in Government from West Virginia Wesleyan College. He concentrates his practice on Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, Personal Injury law and Environmental Litigation.

Morrison attended the West Virginia University College of Law, from where he graduated in 1997 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University.  He concentrates his practice on Civil Litigation, including Personal Injury Litigation, Premises Liability, Contractual disputes, Insurance Coverage disputes and Insurance Bad Faith litigation.

Prior to Jan. 1, each were partners of the firm.
