Texas company wants paid for rental services

HUNTINGTON – A Texas company is suing over claims it was not paid for rental equipment and services provided.

Blueline Rentals, formerly know as Volvo Rents, filed a lawsuit Dec 22, 2014, in Cabell Circuit Court against Engle Management, citing breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff rented equipment to and provided necessary services for the defendant, which has failed to pay for them.

Blueline Rentals seeks $95,937.25 in damages. It is represented by attorney John R. Keating of Bethlehem, Pa. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
