Shuanna Cole, as administrator for James Cole II, filed a lawsuit Jan. 22 in Fayette Circuit Court against Southern Electrical Contractors Inc. and Mid-State Automotive Inc., alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Jan. 28, 2014, James Cole II was employed by Southern Electrical Contractors and assigned to Mid-State Automotive to perform work and was electrocuted while working on the property, resulting in his death.
