MORGANTOWN – Dinsmore & Shohl welcomes Alex M. Greenberg to the firm’s Morgantown office.

Greenberg joined the firm in the Huddleston Bolen LLP merger. Dinsmore’s merger with Huddleston Bolen, one of the oldest law firms in West Virginia, was effective Feb. 1.

Greenberg practices in firm’s Litigation Department. His practice includes a wide range of litigation matters that include personal injury claims, deliberate intent actions, toxic torts, breach of contract cases, insurance coverage disputes, consumer protection violations, class actions and transportation matters.

Greenberg has successfully authored and argued a variety of motions and briefs, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment briefs and complex pretrial motions. He works closely with clients to ensure that a litigation plan is developed that will accomplish the client’s particular objectives and needs in any given case.

“We are very pleased to welcome Alex to the Morgantown office, and I think his familiarity with the Huddleston team will be of great benefit as we bring our firms together,” said Dave Thomas, managing partner of the Morgantown office. “The Huddleston Bolen merger demonstrated Dinsmore’s commitment to having a strong presence in West Virginia. It expanded our footprint and positions us well to meet the legal needs of our clients across the State and beyond.”

Originally from Martinsburg, Greenberg attended West Virginia University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting through the College of Business and Economics. While an undergraduate, he served as Treasurer for WVU’s Student Government Association. During law school, he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review and a three time recipient of the J.
