CHARLESTON -- The Charleston Public Safety Council's Fourth Annual "Salute to Public Safety" luncheon was held Oct. 17.
Charleston Mayor Danny Jones was honored for his support of the Safety Council's programs. Also honored was Charleston Firefighter Phil Pfister, who recently won the title of World's Stongest Man.
