WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS -- Gov. Joe Manchin and First Lady Gayle Manchin host more than 20 governors, governors-elect and their spouses during the National Governors Association's Seminar for New Governors at The Greenbrier last weekend in White Sulphur Springs, WV.

This retreat-style seminar featured a series of workshops and business sessions in which a collegial faculty of veteran governors advised governors-elect and their transition teams on a host of issues -- including organizing their governing team, developing legislative strategies, working with the media and interacting with Capitol Hill and the White House. Concurrently, new governors' spouses enjoyed specially tailored sessions throughout the weekend.
