* The Fogles claim an unsecured lawn mower fell on Belinda Fogle in a Martinsburg Sears store in May 2004, causing permanent injuries to her feet and toes. The Fogles seek compensation for the injuries, medical expenses, lost wages and other damages.

* The Stine corporation claims the defendant breached two separate contracts for labor, materials, excavation work and other related services at the Court House Square Apartments project site in Berkeley County. Stine says the Court House Square company owes at least $247,710 for the completed project, and a jury trial is requested.
