* Christian says he wanted to end a sexual relationship with his boss, Patricia Coss, but she threatened to fire him. When he went to her boss to explain the situation, he showed John Charpel nude photos of Coss on his cell phone. Charpel fired him. Christian lists Charpel and Coss as defendants and is seeking $100,000 for punitive damages, wrongful firing and sexual harassment.

Rahmet Muzaffer, M.D. v. John E. Bianconi and Walter Garrett

Muzaffer blames Bianconi and Garrett with unfairly denying him admittance back into the Welch Community Hospital staff. Muzaffer was charged with inappropriate sexual behavior nine years ago and has since taken the necessary steps to regain his medical license. Bianconi is the Acting Commissioner of the Bureau for Behavioral Health and Health Facilities, and Garrett is the Chief Executive Officer of Welch Community.
