* The plaintiff claims defendants S & A Land Acquisitions and Potomac Professional Services breached a Sept. 30, 2005, contract by failing to pay the total amount of charges for Rubble Bee crushing rock on the site of land in Arden. The plaintiff claims the two defendants still owe a total of $117,810.00, and Rubble Bee is seeking that amount plus other relief. The bank and Gallagher are named as interested parties in the suit.

* Gladhill claims her job at the defendant's facility in Berkeley County was wrongfully terminated. She claims Hall discriminated against her because of a work-related knee injury, and she claims the defendants violated the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collection Act by failing to pay her for unused vacation time. She is seeking an amount of relief to be determined at trial.
