WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Spilman Thomas & Battle has announce that the firm has established an office in Winston-Salem, N.C., and has hired three attorneys for that office.
Stephen C. Minnich is counsel, and his primary areas of practice are corporate, business transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and commercial real estate.
Minnich received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
Jeffrey D. Patton is counsel, and his primary areas of practice are labor and employment law and commercial litigation.
Patton received his J.D. from Wake Forest University in 1994. He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Middle, Western and Eastern Districts of North Carolina.
Nathan B. Atkinson is an associate, and his primary areas of practice are labor and employment law and commercial litigation.
Atkinson received his J.D. from Mercer University in 2001. He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina.
