Steel of West Virginia, Inc. v. United Steelworkers of America, Local Union Number 37, AFL-CIO
PA-Thomas E. Scarr; J-John L. Cummings
* SWVA submitted a request for injuction after its employees, who are also members of the union, stopped their work and began picketing in large masses at the entrances to the facility. SWVA claims the employees have engaged in "obstructive and intimidating" acts, including physically barring the passage of vehicles and threatening other SWVA emloyees. SWVA is seeking an injuction that would restrain its employees from engaging in such activities.
