The Woodalls seek to have the contract cancelled, a declaratory judgment against the defendants, a permanent injunction ordering them to cease and desist from engaging in unlawful acts, a permanent injunction ordering them to establish an ongoing training program for employees on consumers rights in West Virginia as well as compensatory and punitive damages, court costs, attorney fees, pre- and post-judgment interest and other relief.
