PERSONNEL FILE: BrickStreet welcomes four professionals

CHARLESTON - BrickStreet Mutual Insurance Co. announces the addition of four experienced professionals to the Business Development, and Government Relations and Ombudsman staffs.

Jim Fisher is the Business Development Manager for eastern West Virginia, based in Martinsburg. Jim was previously employed by USF&G Insurance Company, the Austin Insurance Agency of South Charleston, and most recently the Jim Lively Insurance Agencies.

Fisher is a licensed property and casualty agent and health and life insurance agent. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Charleston.

Brandon Marshall is the Business Development Manager for central and southern West Virginia, and is based at the BrickStreet offices in Charleston.

Marshall also is a licensed West Virginia property & casualty and life and health insurance agent. He was previously employed by Jim Lively Insurance and was formerly Vice President of Insurance Exchange, Inc. Marshall is a graduate of the University of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Both Fisher and Marshall will serve as liaisons between our appointed insurance agents and BrickStreet. In addition, they also will be involved with other projects directly related to marketing
and business development at the regional offices.

Also joining the Business Development & Marketing group is Connie Long. Connie is the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for BrickStreet Insurance. Before joining BrickStreet, Long was the Communications Director for the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of West Virginia. Long's experience includes work as the Director of Scheduling and Communications for a statewide political campaign, as well as Regional Director of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern West Virginia.

Long earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from West Virginia State University and is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. Long has held membership in the West Virginia Society of Association Executives and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

A new addition to the Government Relations/Ombudsman division is Kristi Rhule. Kristi will serve as the liaison to policyholders, claimants, associations and stakeholder communities as it relates to workers' compensation insurance coverage. She also will be responsible for the development and implementation of certain programs within BrickStreet Insurance to enhance our community relations.

Rhule's background includes marketing and public relations. She was the previous Director of Operations and Managing Director of the West Virginia Executive Meeting Planner and Welcome West Virginia Magazine publications. Kristi attended Marshall University.
