James Strawn, individually and all others similarly situated v. Cingular Wireless

Strawn is the plaintiff on a class action suit against Cingular that alleges the wireless company was charging its customers $2.99 a month for a roadside assistance service that they never agreed to. James Staton also filed a similar suit.

White says the City of St. Albans and its municipal utility commission are to blame for the injuries she sustained when a water meter cover came undone.

Hernshaw claims two school employees said slanderous things about him in a public meeting.

Frame says Premarin, an estrogen replacement drug, caused her breast cancer. She is suing Wyeth as the drug's manufacturer.

Jim Farren and Patricia Farren v. T.P. Chevrolet, Inc.

The Farrens say they bought a 2001 GMC Sonoma from T.P. Chevrolet because they were told it had never been wrecked. Now they say another mechanic told them it had been.

Donald Stover and Hilma Stover v. Gary Meadows

Donald Stover says he lost his roofing business as a result of an on-the-job accident that occurred at Meadows' house. Stover says Meadows' stairs were unsafe.
