He also says he was a member of a protected class under the West Virginia Human Rights Act. He says he suffered and continues to suffer economic harm and damages including loss of past wages, loss of past employment benefits, loss of seniority, loss of retirement opportunity, loss of future wages, loss of future employment benefits and other various and sundry damages. He says he also suffered aggravation, annoyance, inconvenience, both past and future. He seeks compensatory and punitive damages, attorney fees, court costs and other relief.
