CHARLESTON -- Jackson Kelly Of-Counsel attorney Thomas Potter embarked upon an international professional and cultural program in China, with a select group of delegates from the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation in late October.
Potter's trip was created and initiated by a partnership between the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation and the People to People Ambassador Program.
Potter's delegation fellowshipped to establish a dialogue with Chinese attorneys and businessmen. This dialogue will address the sweeping and vastly influential changes in the Chinese business and legal world, and the effects that these changes have on the American economy.
Potter's delegation departed from Los Angeles, arriving in Beijing. From Beijing, the group traveled to Guilin and Shanghai, from which some members of the delegation traveled to the former British protectorate of Hong Kong.
