* Curry is the owner of a mare named Heavenly Watch, which was bred with Undulata's Nutcracker through artificial insemination. After successful fertilization, the embryo was flushed and implanted into a recipient mare. Subsequent to implantation of the fertilized embryo, the mare was removed from plaintiff's property in Buffalo without authorization by Bennett. Subsequent to that date the recipient gave birth to a foal. Bennett refuses to return foal to Curry. Also seeks damages, costs and expenses. Bennett lives in Shelbyville, Ky.

* On Aug. 7, 2003, the Eagans bought a 2003 Chevrolet K-10 truck for $28,374.39. Since then it has had defects that include frequent stopping, stalling, suspension, brake problems and transmission problems. They seek compensatory damages for court costs, attorney fees, annoyance, inconvenience, finance charges of vehicle, loss of use of vehicle, sales tax, license and registration fees, improvements made to the vehicle, service expended for the repair of the vehicle and other relief.
