* Nibert is suing Wells Fargo after she was passed over for the position of branch manager because of her mental disabilities and her gender, the suit claims. Nibert claims that her disabilities -– depression, attention deficit disorder, panic and anxiety -– afforded her protection under the West Virginia Human Rights Act. The suit alleges Wells Fargo passed her over and then illegally discharged her because of her disabilities.
