* Rumora was driving Schaal's vehicle when it collided with Richard Charlton's car, in which Tiffany Charlton was a passenger. She suffered multiple injuries totaling $1,000.00 in medical expenses. Additionally, she suffered aggravation of a pre-existing psychological condition and is now unable to exit her home and ride in a vehicle as she was able to do before. Charlton claims Schaal should have known Rumora was an unqualified driver, and seeks payment for medical expenses, attorney fees and a sum of her psychological harm.

* Armstrong claims Lafayette Ohlinger, a Domino's employee, caused him injuries totaling $23,800 after Ohlinger's car collided with Armstrong's. Armstrong claims Lacefield is liable for negligent hiring and training, and seeks compensatory damages and attorney fees.
