* The Henrys say a new mobile home they purchases from Fleetwood not conform to the applicable express and implied warranties and that Fleetwood did not and/or could not make repairs necessary to conform it to said warranties. They also say they were induced to enter into the transaction by the defendants' unconscionable conduct including fraud, concealment and misrepresentation. They seek compensatory and punitive damages for monetary loss, consequential and incidental damages, emotional and mental distress, aggravation, anxiety, loss of use, annoyance and inconvenience.
