PA-Riley J. Romeo Jr.; J-Spaulding
* The Gillenwaters, from Scott Depot, claim the defendants made changes to the land in Bella Woods subdivision, redirecting water flow to deposit large quantities of silt, mud and other debris into the pond on property they purchased in August. They say that has reduced the pond's capacity, killed fish and other aquatic life, decreased their enjoyment of the pond. They seek damages to dredge the pond, restore aquatic life and for emotional distress. They also seek fees and punitive damages and an order to enjoin the defendants from allowing more stormwater to flow onto their property than would if it were undeveloped.
