CHARLESTON -- Steptoe & Johnson has announced that Karen Huff, a legal nurse consultant in the firm's Charleston office, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
As a Director-at-Large, Huff will assist the board with strategic initiatives and serve as a resource for chapter leaders across the nation.
Huff previously served as chair of the organization's Certification Board and is the founding president of the Southern West Virginia Chapter of AALNC. She is also past-president of the Legal Nurse Consultant Division of the West Virginia Bar Association.
Huff resides in Cross Lanes with husband Tim. Her sons Joe and Mike attend West Virginia University in Morgantown.
With more than 170 lawyers and a support staff of more than 200, Steptoe & Johnson serves clients from six West Virginia offices and has recently opened a Columbus, Ohio office.
