Sam Slusher v. City of Huntington

* Slusher was on the hiring list of probationary firefighters but claims he was passed over after the results of his psychological test exam were reported as "invalid." The suit claims he did not fail the psychological exam and that no decisions should've been made on the basis of it. Slusher contends he should've been hired in January 2006 and is demanding he be immediately be hired by the city as a probationary firefighter. He is seeking compensation for lost wages.

William C. Wisecup v. Arby's Restaurant Operation Company

* Wisecup purchased a soft drink at the Arby's drive-through window and then parked in the parking lot. The suit claims he then stepped out of his vehicle and into an open space between two grates over a drainage ditch. Wisecup claims he suffered serious injuries to his knee, requiring arthroscopic surgery. He is seeking compensatory damages.
