* Amy Hively filed a suit against Elizabeth Lacy, claiming Lacy bit her when Hively tried to get a gun out of her hands. Hively claims Lacy was under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs and started firing a gun in her house. When Hively went to take the gun, Lacy bit her, damaging her left thumb tendon. Lacy had to have surgery to repair the tendon. She seeks compensatory damages.
