* McCloud is suing Kovacs and Nutt after they performed a total hysterectomy on her when the suit claims a supracervical hysterectomy was appropriate. McCloud gave birth to a child at St. Mary's Hospital in April 2005 and Kovacs was responsible for her immediate follow-up care. McCloud, who has a history of post-partum hemorrhaging, claims Kovac and Nutt were negligent in performing a total hysterectomy in place of a supracervical husterectomy.
