CINCINNATI -- Dinsmore & Shohl has chosen Susan B. Zaunbrecher to lead its Corporate Department.

Zaunbrecher graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1990. She is experienced in all areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities law, particularly as it pertains to financial institutions.
