* Anita Davis claims she was injured in an automobile accident on Sept. 22, 2005, at W.Va. 34 and Sleepy Hollow Road in Hurricane after a vehicle driven by Lacellya Klein and owned by Paulette Klein hit her vehicle. She suffered neck and back pain and extreme trauma, as well as pain and suffering, mental anguish, extreme nervousness, anxiety, loss of ability to enjoy life, medical expenses, lost wages, annoyance, travel expenses and other damages. Her husband sues for loss of consortium, solace, society and companionship.
