* Leoda Harris filed a suit against the theater, claiming the company is to blame for her fall, which occurred in a Park Place Theater. Harris claims she tore her Achilles tendon and suffered a torn lateral meniscus. She seeks compensatory damages.

He and his wife Carmel seek compensatory and punitive damages.
