*Prout is the administratix of the estate of Kristy M. and Jayden D. Crawford. Kristy Crawford was pregnant with Jayden when suffered a seizure in January 2007. Prout contacted Cabell County EMS to provide medical services. The suit claims Cabell County EMS failure to properly monitor and treat Crawford's condition and the condition of her unborn son, leading to their eventual deaths. Prout is seeking compensation for medical costs, funeral expenses and punitive damages.
