* Kime claims R.F.P. Inc. and Henry Resnikoff willfully breeched a legal contract to purchase a 176-acre farm. Chakmakian was the lawyer used during negotiations and Haymaker was the Realtor involved in the transaction. He is seeking a total of $174,500.

* Home Loan Center was the lender of a promissory note to the Hoods in August 2005. The Hoods executed a deed of trust in favor of Home Loan Center the same month. The Hoods claim they made timely mortgage payments and maintained their account in good standing. They refinanced their home with Countrywide. The Hoods claim Countrywide engaged in unfair collection means and used deceptive and misleading tactics in attempt to collect the debt. They are seeking to enjoin Countrywide from pursuing a foreclosure sale and recording a new deed, cancellation of debts, grant them monetary damages for the illegal acts, statutory damages for each violation.
